Summary: The place was very cute and in a great spot. It was not cleaned when we arrived though but Eric was swift about sending someone to clean things up. I did not realize, however, that there would be people staying above us. They were very loud banging around above us late into the night. The ceiling was very thin so we could even hear them talking sometimes. Our dogs are very sensitive to noise and we don’t want them to be disruptive either so we probably would have preferred staying when another family was not there. Very pretty little place though!

Summary: Property was quiet. The unit has new appliances, and well furnished. Easy walk to several local restaurants. Love the BBQ restaurant and antique store within walking distance.

Summary: I booked this last minute trip to get my toes in the sand. Ozona is an adorable little town. We walked down to the marina to watch sunset and spent the day at Honeymoon Beach state park. Plus had a fantastic meal at Molly Goodhead’s. There was a minor miscommunication about check in but Eric and his team were fantastic! We will come back!
